The Bullies is a gang of children that wreak havoc in Denska, they are found in the game most commonly chasing you down as you try to put your art on the walls of Denska. When they get too close to one of your artworks, it will turn grey and stop moving. Most likely, because of the negative energy that they all carry with them.
